Kelly Mangan

Kelly has worked with females in the fitness industry for years, seeing firsthand the struggles that females go through with physiological and hormonal changes.

While working 1-1 to help women overcome barriers and reach their version of peak performance, she also hosts seminars and workshops in wellness, female health and nutrition for corporate clients in Dublin, Ireland.

Her personal philosophy is centred around holistic health, listening to your body and working with the nervous system to optimise energy. She is all for pushing yourself to meet your goals, breaking through barriers and constantly adapting, all while prioritising wellbeing.

She is an advocate for female health and performance, striving to help females reach their limits with the knowledge that wellness is the battery pack for every other element of life, including physical and mental performance.
